Our products are delivered digitally — by email, download link or online access — immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped. If you do not receive access, contact our support team.
8. Refunds

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Galaxy Growth 10X LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
